Our founder, Shallamar Crawford, actively engages in the operations of the company. She personally oversees the training and mentoring of each apprentice for a minimum duration of six months, ensuring comprehensive instruction in all essential aspects of the role, encompassing both technical expertise and customer service competencies. All field technicians are required to possess A+ certification, while all administrative staff must hold CCNA (Cisco Certified Networking Associate) certification. Furthermore, all engineers are mandated to have at least CCNP (Cisco Certified Networking Professional) certification.
