Second Chance Employment Program & Community Partnerships
RNS isn’t just a tech company—we’re a dedicated community partner. As a Second Chance Employer, we’re committed to helping individuals ready to rebuild their lives and careers.
Through these partnerships, we identify candidates who:
- Face barriers to employment
- Lack access to technical training or education
- Have exhausted unemployment or social services
- Have a desire to learn and to start a succesful
career in IT
We equip participants with:
- the support, tools, and training necessary to succeed in IT. Our Second Chance Program fully integrates with our Apprenticeship Program,
offering the same comprehensive benefits and support to every participant.
It costs approximately $8,000 to fully support each participant in our Apprenticeship Program, covering tools, devices, materials, training, and technical certifications necessary to launch a successful career in technology.
These funds come solely from our
e-commerce sales and the generosity of supporters like you. With several hundred individuals currently on our waiting list, we need your help to provide the next person with this life-changing opportunity.
Our goal this year is to add 10 new
participants to the program. Your donation can make this goal a reality—help us empower more aspiring tech professionals and give them the tools they need to succeed.
