In addition to our e-commerce sales, our programs rely heavily on donations in order to meet the minimum financial requirements of the program. On average it costs approximately $8,000 per person to complete the Field Technician Apprenticeship and approximately $13,000 per person to complete the Network/Telecom Engineer Apprenticeship. This includes all costs associated with hiring and training each person and varies depending on each person's specific needs. The expenses include everything from the cost of purchasing their tools, (including a laptop and smartphone if needed), training books, and certification exam fees. Though it can also include the cost of assisting them in obtaining their GED, purchasing professional clothing for them to wear, teaching them to speak professionally to clients, teaching them how to drive, and/or any other individual things that may be needed for each participant to be successful.
